2. The respondent sought adjournment due to appeal filed by the respondent in the matter of tariff before APTEL, which is expected to be heard in November 2017. He requests to fix the hearing in the end of December 2017 or in January 2018. The petitioner objected the request stating the respondent is pressuring the members of the petitioners to take power on terms and conditions unilaterally fixed by the respondent.

3. Considering the request of the parties, we give a last opportunity for argument and fix the case for hearing on 29.12.2017.

4. During the course of hearing, the petitioner informed about JSPL doing randomly power cut at O.P. Jindal Industrial Park.

5. At this moment, we want to refer here that we have directed the respondent through a letter No. 13-Estt./2017/1420 dated 05.10.2017 to ensure supply of power to the Industrial Park keeping in view the order dated 07.03.2014 of Hon'ble APTEL in appeal no. 89 of 2012. The letter has been written with reference to letter dated 22.09.2017 of the respondent company in response to the complaint from the President of the petitioner association.

6. The respondent is directed to submit the compliance status about the above direction within 10 days from today.

7. The case will be heard on 29.12.2017 at 11:00 AM.
